WIA10mm Weldmatic
Weldmatic 10mm
MIG Welder - Weldmatic 10mm
REDUCED POWER CONSUMPTION & LESS NOISE
Fan-on-Demand™ cooling system uses less power and generates less noise by only operating when needed, meaning improved efficiency, less maintenance and a safer working environment.
GAS OR GASLESS
Suited to both gas shielded solid wires and gasless (self-shielding) flux cored wires. Output terminals on the front of the machine provide quick and easy polarity reversal.
ADJUSTABLE ‘ARCSTART’ CONTROL
Provides good arc starts that allow starting conditions to be fine-tuned from ‘Soft Start’ through to ‘Fast’ to suit any welding application. The ‘smooth’ arc characteristic makes it easy to weld thin materials without burn-through. Use with silicon bronze wire for low distortion joints which are easily dressed and finished.
REDUCED OPERATOR FATIGUE
Select LATCH gun switch mode to reduce operator fatigue – trigger gun switch to start and again to stop.
INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH
Fitted with an industrial standard 3m Bernard gun and cable for reliable welding performance and long operating life.
SPOOL CAPACITY
Accommodates 5kg and 15kg spools – meaning greater flexibility across a range of applications.
WIA 150 Weldmatic

EASY SET-UP & ADJUSTMENT
9 voltage settings for precise welding control and weld setting chart for easy set-up and fine tuning of the machine.
GAS OR GASLESS
Suited to both gas shielded solid wires and gasless (self-shielding) flux cored wires. Output terminals on the front of the machine provide quick and easy polarity reversal.
GAS SAVINGS
The use of gasless wire eliminates the need for costly shielding gases and ongoing gas bottle rental.
BUILT-IN OPERATOR SAFETY
The power source features a built-in protection device that will cut in if the machine is operated over its current and duty cycle rating.
The machine is also fitted with a “power on” indicator with stand by, and an over temperature indicator that lights up if the unit overheats.
The Weldmatic 150 comes with twin rubber handles for both comfort and lifting safety.
SPOOL CAPACITY
1kg and 5kg.

Features

ALL NEW! Digital lens technology
The latest digital lens technology from Miller delivers the ultimate control to adjust shade, sensitivity and delay settings with absolute precision for any welding job. Plus, four modes of operation deliver the flexibility to weld, cut and grind, all with one helmet:

Welding Mode
Suitable for most welding applications, the lens starts working when it senses a welding arc. Shades 9-13.

Cutting Mode
The mode to use for Plasma, laser, gas welding and cutting applications, the lens starts working when it senses a cutting arc. Shades 5-9.

Grind Mode
Used for metal grinding applications. The Shade is fixed Shade #3. No lens adjustments are required.

Grind Mode
Used for metal grinding applications. The Shade is fixed Shade #3. No lens adjustments are required.

ALL NEW X-mode
Used for outdoor or low current welding, the lens starts working when it senses weld current. X-mode uses electromagnetic arc sensing technology to eliminate sunlight interference and obstructed sensors. Shades 9-13.
